I had to write and tell you how we felt about our order Tuesday evening. It has been bothing us all since Tuesday. We purchased a large order of food, 70.00 something dollars worth. We had company and thought it would be fun to have chinese food for dinner. We have been eating take out from your restaurant for over 17 years and have LOVED it. We moved across town and STILL travel to get take out from your restaurant. I have to say we were HUGELY dissapointed and embarassed in front of our company for suggesting your restaurant. The food had no flavor, the meat in the beef and broccoli was SO chewy my father actually got up from the dining room table to spit the meat out in the garbage, the cashew chicken was a container full of celery, the shrimp in lobster sauce seemed like a few shrimp with a few other ingredients in a cornstarch thickened water sauce. It was awful and I had to let you know how we felt. We've loved your restaurant for years and you have ALWAYS been our first and ONLY choice when we wanted chinese. We hope all is well with your staff, and we hope that it's not a financial crisis that has caused such an extreme change in your food. We thought maybe there was a change of hands maybe. We were just hugely dissapointed and are sadly considering finding a new chinese restaurant. We would love to hear your response to such an extreme change.

We have been dining at Healthy Chinese Kitchen for twelve years! My family has been spoiled by the quality, consistancy, and outstanding delicious creations that come out of their kitchen. In addition, the kitchen is in full view from the take-out counter, so you can watch your food being prepaired right in front of you so you can also view the cleanlyness of the kitchen This restaurant sets the standard for which we judge any other Chinese restaurants, and we have yet to find one that can meet or beat the food that is prepaired here!

I love this place! The owners are so friendly and I feel part of the family each time I go there, which is quite often. The food is outstanding. I spent Christmas Eve there and had a wonderful time.
